This End-User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User" or "You") and Mentor Makerspace ("Company," "We," "Us," or "Our") governing your use of the Mentor Makerspace application ("App"). By using Mentor Makerspace, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
1.1 Subject to your compliance with the terms of this Agreement, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Mentor Makerspace App for your personal or commercial use.
2.1 You agree to use Mentor Makerspace solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with this Agreement, any applicable laws, and regulations.
3.1 You retain ownership of any content, information, or materials that you upload, post, or transmit through Mentor Makerspace ("User Content").
9.1 This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Mentor Makerspace concerning the subject matter herein and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous agreements, representations, and understandings.
By using Mentor Makerspace, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this End-User License Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using the Mentor Makerspace App.
